10th anniversary celebration
Four-time National Poetry Slam Champion, Sheila Donohue, hosted a celebration of performance poetry in conjunction with the 10th anniversary of the National Poetry Slam. Center Portion opened its doors to visiting poets and poetry fans from across the country for readings, music, film and video presentations, as well as an exhibit of Poetry Slam photos and memorabilia chronicling a decade of slamming.
