This groundbreaking event seems quaint now, but back in 1998 it was one of the first of its kind: an interactive cabaret of electronic literature and media commemorating the first anniversary of the Electronic Literature Organization. These pioneers in emerging electronic formats, created live poetry links from New York and Chicago (via dial-up modem!), as well as interactive, collaborative CD-ROMs and video works.
